A full operating team for units of one to five people
AI departments that work in parallel. One person approves everything that leaves the unit.

Your first operating team
Built for small units with a big mandate and a sponsor to report to.
The superapp for your whole team
Your website, internal tools and member app run as one system that fixes and extends itself. Anyone can report a problem or ask for a feature inside it. NEXOS builds the change, you approve, and it ships the same day.
Most software changes every few months. Yours changes the day someone asks.

Give the unit a request
Write it the way you would message a colleague. Watch it get checked, routed, done and held for you.
Runs in your browser with example data. In a real unit the departments work on your own systems.
Case study: ColorME
NEXOS comes from the team behind ColorME, a design school in Vietnam that has run on it every day since it was built in 30 days.

What you get
NEXOS is a managed service. We set it up with you, then run it for you. You see the results, we look after the technology.
You get
- Your own NEXOS, set up for your unit
- AI departments doing the work, with approval on your phone
- The websites, apps and tools they build, live and hosted
- A weekly report for your sponsor
One monthly fee covers
- Hosting and infrastructure
- AI usage for your agreed workload
- Updates, monitoring and security
- A person on our team who knows your setup
You keep
- Your data and content
- Everything built for you
- A handover pack if you stop or the unit closes
- No software to install, no engineers to hire
In short: you pay for a working team, not for software licences or servers. The only extra costs are things you choose to buy outside NEXOS, such as ad spend.
How we start
We set NEXOS up with your unit, beginning with the work that costs you the most time.
Sprint 30
Your unit running on NEXOS within a month: three to five departments on your own systems, approvals on your phone, and the first report to your sponsor.
Start with Sprint 30Run
We operate and extend the system as the work grows, and prepare a handover pack if the unit closes or changes hands.
Talk to usCohort
Starter departments for every venture, a portfolio view and a weekly cohort report for the program team.
Plan a cohortMobile app publication
Your unit's own app on the App Store and Google Play.
In your brand, listed in your name. Most updates reach phones over the air, without waiting for store review.
Portfolio package
One setup for several portfolio companies at once.
Each company gets its own NEXOS. You get one view across all of them, and one price for the whole portfolio.
Questions
Is NEXOS software or a service?
A service that comes with its own software. We build your NEXOS with you and keep it running, so you never manage servers, licences or AI accounts. You use the result: departments that do the work, and the sites and apps they ship.
Are there costs beyond the monthly fee?
Hosting, infrastructure and AI usage for your agreed workload are included. You only pay separately for things you choose to buy outside NEXOS, such as ad spend or paid tools you already use. If your workload grows past the agreed level, we agree the change with you first.
Do we need engineers in the unit?
No. Requests are written in plain language. During Sprint 30 we connect NEXOS to your website, analytics, email and documents, and we operate the technical side afterwards.
Where does our data live?
Each unit runs as its own instance, connected only to the accounts you grant. A safety department screens every request for personal data, and every external action needs your approval. We agree the data rules with your IT or legal team in week 1.
What happens when the unit closes or people rotate?
The work log, decisions, documents and department instructions stay in the system. When a taskforce ends, you receive a handover pack the next team can pick up.
Can it work alongside the parent company?
Yes. Anything that must go through the parent company, such as legal review or brand approval, becomes an approval step.
How is it priced?
Sprint 30 is a fixed scope with a fixed fee, then a monthly fee per unit or per cohort. NEXOS is built and operated by a team in Vietnam, which keeps the first-year total at a small fraction of an in-house Western team: up to 50x lower, and around 5x for highly specialised or complex processes.
